Using a tape measure, take the measurements from around your body ensuring you measure comfortably, without the tape measure feeling too tight or too loose.

Two measurements must be taken in order to determine your correct bra size, under the bust and the bust.

Underbust measurement is the measurement taken from under the bust to determine your BACK SIZE.

Using a tape measure, in inches, measure firmly around your rib cage immediately under your bust. Take note of the measurement and refer to the size chart. E.g. if you measure 28 inches your back size would be 32 inch.

Bust measurement is taken around the fullest part of your bust to determine your CUPSIZE.

Measure around the fullest part of your bust ensuring the tape measure is straight across your back and level with the fullest part of your bust at the front e.g. if your back size was 32" and you cup measurement was 30" your bra size would be 32C.

Designed for outdoor or indoor sports (cycling, yoga, fitness, running, hiking, walking, skiing, trekking, etc.), these long johns provide warmth and comfort. You'll love their Thermolactyl fabric (grade 3), suitable for cold environments from -5°C to 5°C, and made with technical fibers that reflect and retain the body's infrared radiation. And that's not all: these johns have an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio, remaining light and warm even in humid conditions. Their comfort is undeniable thanks to the 3D knit. For even greater comfort, the fabric neutralizes up to 90% of odors. They feature a close-fitting cut with flat seams for freedom of movement, an elasticated waistband, and straight legs. The inseam of these women's long johns is approximately 90 cm. Weight: 101 g. Made from 60% recycled polyester. *body mapping. Composition: 61% Polyester, 36% Polyamide, 3% Elastane.
