If you’re supporting a loved one and need help managing their account—or if you need assistance with your own account—we’re here to make things easier.
If you’d like us to help someone manage their account or need someone to act on your behalf, we’ll first need to speak with the account holder to complete security checks and set up third-party authorisation. Alternatively, if you have Power of Attorney, you can provide us with a copy, and we’ll ensure everything is arranged smoothly.
