This is a doddle. Go to our My Account page to make a payment now. You’ll need to log in and have your credit or debit card ready.

You can also call our 24 hour automated service and check your balance, make a payment or listen to your latest orders and returns. Your payment happens right away and will show on your Personal Account the same day. Easy.

You’ll love the convenience of Direct Debit. Just call us on 0330 123 5429 and we’ll arrange a payment to leave your bank on your statement due date every month.

Or we can send you a Direct Debit Instruction form, which you can pop your details on and post back to us.

You can also download a form here, print it out, add your details and post it to us. It takes around 14 days to set up once we’ve received it. When it’s arranged, we’ll let you know by post. In the meantime, if there’s a payment due, please pay it by calling us or head online.

Direct Debit is pretty flexible. You can change the amount you pay whenever you like or cancel it by calling 0330 123 5429.

Simply send a cheque or postal order along with your order to Damart, Bowling Green Mills, Bingley, West Yorkshire, BD97 1AD.

You can also make a direct payment to us by logging into your bank’s website. You will need to enter the following account information: Our Sort Code 30-00-00, Our Account Number 02390310, Your Damart Personal Account Number (to be used in the reference field).

Please allow one working day for the payment to be processed and show on your Damart account.

Using the payment slip at the bottom of your statement, visit your local bank to make a payment via cash / cheque. Some banks may make a charge if you do not bank with them. Please ensure you get a proof of payment.
