How do I pay for my order?
It’s easy. You can pay using your Personal Account when you order, or you can pay in full using your Mastercard, Visa or Debit card. We only accept UK registered cards. But don’t worry, you can also pay by cheque or postal order if you’re posting your order to Damart, Bowling Green Mills, Lime Street, Bingley, West Yorkshire, BD97 1AD.
Pay using our Personal Account
When you use your Personal Account (Representative APR 37.7% variable) you can try before you buy. We’ll send you your order and you can try them on in the comfort of your own home before you pay anything. When you do pay, this can be in full or over flexible instalments. Your statement is so simple and easy to follow. It lets you know you what you owe and when you need to pay it.

Q. Do I have to pay the full amount in one go?
A. Not at all! Use your Personal Account and you can spread the payments. It makes budgeting much easier. You can also set up a Direct Debit by calling our team on 0330 123 5429 to pay your minimum statement amount, any fixed amount or to pay the full balance off.
Q. How do I pay for my order?
A. Your Personal Account is one of the easiest ways to pay, or you can pay with your credit card or debit card when you order. You can also pay by cheque or postal order if you post your order to Damart, Bowling Green Mills, Lime Street, Bingley, West Yorkshire, BD97 1AD.
Q. How often will I be billed?
A. We’ll send you a statement every month. Your first statement will arrive around 7 days after you place your order.
Q. When is my payment due and what happens if I miss my payment date?
A. Your statement will tell you when your payment’s due. We know life’s busy, so if you miss a payment, don’t worry. Call us on 0330 123 5429 and we’ll chat you through what to do next. If we have your email address, we’ll send you an email confirming that we’ve processed your payment.
Q. How do I make payments to my Personal Account?
There are 6 easy ways to pay:
This is a doddle. Go to our My Account page to make a payment now. You’ll need to log in and have your credit or debit card ready.
You can also call our 24 hour automated service and check your balance, make a payment or listen to your latest orders and returns. Your payment happens right away and will show on your Personal Account the same day. Easy.
You’ll love the convenience of Direct Debit. Just call us on 0330 123 5429 and we’ll arrange a payment to leave your bank on your statement due date every month.
Or we can send you a Direct Debit Instruction form, which you can pop your details on and post back to us.
You can also download a form here, print it out, add your details and post it to us. It takes around 14 days to set up once we’ve received it. When it’s arranged, we’ll let you know by post. In the meantime, if there’s a payment due, please pay it by calling us or head online.
Direct Debit is pretty flexible. You can change the amount you pay whenever you like or cancel it by calling 0330 123 5429.
Simply send a cheque or postal order along with your order to Damart, Bowling Green Mills, Bingley, West Yorkshire, BD97 1AD.
You can also make a direct payment to us by logging into your bank’s website. You will need to enter the following account information: Our Sort Code 30-00-00, Our Account Number 02390310, Your Damart Personal Account Number (to be used in the reference field).
Please allow one working day for the payment to be processed and show on your Damart account.
Using the payment slip at the bottom of your statement, visit your local bank to make a payment via cash / cheque. Some banks may make a charge if you do not bank with them. Please ensure you get a proof of payment.
