The Spine Align Pillow is specially designed to support proper neck and spine alignment while you sleep. Its unique cut-out shape cradles the head and shoulders, helping reduce pressure and improve posture overnight. With a soft polycotton cover and hollowfibre filling, it combines comfort with function. Composition: Cover: Polycotton, Filling: Hollowfibre. Size: Pillow: 48cm x 74cm Cut Out: 20cm x 20cm. Care Instructions: Use a pillow cover, shake regularly. Wash at 30 C in a large machine and ensure it's thoroughly dry before use. DO NOT Bleach. DO NOT Iron. DO NOT Dry Clean. The pillowcase can be washed at up to 40° and tumble dried on a warm heat.
