How to measure your bra size at home
BACK MEASUREMENT
Measure firmly around your rib cage immediately under your bust. Find your measurement on row 'Underbust' (rounding up or down to the nearest measurement ), then find your back size to order directly above. For example if you measure 74cm you are a 34 band size.
CUP SIZE
Measure around the fullest part of your bust ensuring the tape measure is straight across your back and level with the fullest part of your bust. Find this measurement under the column with your underbust measurement , for example 74cm underbust and 91cm over bust you are a 34C.

LOOSE OR TOO TIGHT?
This is caused by a band that's too big - try sizing down.

CUPS?
If they’re slightly raised on top or the sides – try a bigger size.

ARE THERE
GAPS?
The cups should hug your curves - try going down a cup.

Bra guide FAQ's
How do bra sizes work?
Bra sizes are made up of two measurements. Your ribcage and your bust measurement. The number measurement is your ribcage width in inches, which is known as the band size, and the other measurement is your cup size in letters. So, how to measure the cup size? Well, the cup size is the bigger ‘bust’ measurement minus your ribcage measurement.

How many bras should I have?
You can have as many bras as you like. But, a good guide, to keep them looking their best, is to have around seven. That’s at least one for every day of the week. It also depends on the weather and how active you are. Think about:
Everyday bras
Three to five is great so you can rotate these and keep them fresh and looking their best. It’ll also help them last longer if you don’t wash them too often.
Sports bras
If you’re really active, two to three sports bras will keep you fully supported. But if you exercise more often, then you might need more bras.
Special bras
Sometimes you just need a certain bra for a certain outfit. Make sure you have a strapless bra for halter necks and strapless dresses, or a bra with a different shape, like a balconette, plunge or cross over back bra.
Comfy and easy going bras
If you love comfort when lounging, how about having a soft, pliable bralette in your selection for relaxing?
Having a good selection of bras means you always have the right bra whatever you want to wear. Keep an eye on how they’re looking, because bras wear out over time. Check if any need replacing and make sure you remember how to check your bra size. The fit should still be good because your breast shape and size change over the years.
How should I wash my bra?
Carefully washing your bras and looking after them will help them last longer and keep a good supportive shape. Here are some tips to keep yours looking good.
Hand wash them if you can. It’s always the best way. Fill a basin with lukewarm water, pop in some mild detergent and be gentle.
Use a delicate detergent. To keep the fabric and elastic as good as new always choose a gentle detergent made for delicates and lingerie.
Gently rub the fabric between your fingers. Be careful with underwired areas and straps. Never twist or ring them out.
Rinse carefully. Use cool water and make sure all the detergent is rinsed away.
Press out water instead of ringing your bra.
Dry them flat, laid out on a clean dry towel. Re-shape the cups and straps so they keep their original structure.
Don’t hang bras. It can stretch them out of shape. If you really need to hang them do it by the gore (the central section between the cups).
Washing in a machine? Check the care label first. Choose a delicate cycle and gentle detergent. Fasten your bras so they don’t catch any other clothes and it’s always a good idea to pop them in a mesh bag or pillowcase to protect them from being squashed or twisted.
Don’t tumble dry your bra. The heat will help it lose its elasticity much quicker. Dry it laid flat.
