We feature multiple prize draws across our online and mailed promotions. The common rules are detailed in the following paragraph: The promoter is: Damartex UK Limited, Bowling Green Mills, Lime Street, Bingley, West Yorkshire, BD97 1AD (Damart).
All account holders placing an order for goods from a qualifying promotion with an appropriate Offer Code are eligible to be entered into the Prize Draws.
Prize Draw entries can be made in the following ways:
1. Post (using the address shown above) – Place an order on a relevant promotional order form or write to us and include the Offer Code printed on all applicable promotional order forms.
2. Telephone – Quote the Offer Code when contacting the Customer Service Team.
3. Internet – Quote the Offer Code when ordering on our website (www.damart.co.uk).
Prize Draw Winners will be notified by telephone or post approximately 30 days after the closing date. The surnames and counties of residence of major Prize Draw Winners (prizes over £1,000) will be available on request by sending a stamped addressed envelope marked ‘Prize Draw Winners’ to our address detailed above or requesting this information via email at customerservices@damart.com. Damart is required under ASA rules to publish or make available the surname and county of major winners. If you are notified as a major winner, we will ask for your consent prior to this information being published. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Please advise us if you object to your information being published however, either by writing to the address above or via email to customerservices@damart.com.
All entrants must be residents of the United Kingdom, be aged 18 or over and have an open account with Damart and be the account holder for that account. Persons involved in the promotion and execution of the Prize Draws, employees of any company in the Group, their agents and their relatives are not eligible to enter the Prize Draws. Prizes are not transferable.
Prizes over £250 will be paid via BACS Bank transfer into the winning customer’s Bank account. Prize winners will be asked to provide their bank details upon notification of their win. As an alternative option, at the winner’s request, payment can be made by cheque. Prizes under £250 will be credited to the winning customer’s Damart Personal Account, to be redeemed against products and services within the Damart range. However, if a winning customer does not hold a current Damart Personal Account and does not wish to / is not able to open a new account, prizes can be paid directly to them via BACS Bank transfer or cheque upon request.

Recommend a Friend Terms & Conditions: Recommend a friend to Damart and they will get £10.14 off their first order. You will then be eligible to use your £10.14 discount quoting your offer code shown overleaf. This discount can be redeemed against any full price item from any Damart catalogue or online at damart.co.uk. This discount can only be used once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. This offer can only be redeemed on orders of £25 or more. This discount will be shared across all items in your order in case of returns. This discount cannot be deducted from an order already in progress, or exchanged for cash and is non-transferable. Expires 30/06/2024.

The prize draw consists of winning 2 hampers worth £300 per person to be awarded to the first name drawn at random and their chosen friend. The winner will be notified by 31/07/2024.
This draw may also be offered on Damart’s behalf by other companies in Damart’s Group (the Group). The prize offered is common to other promotions offered by Damart or the Group during the same period of validity. Entries into the Draw can be made between 1st January 2024 and 31st December 2024 (Eligible Period). All entries must be received and validated by the closing date of 31st December 2024. The Grand Prize Draw consists of one prize of £50,000 cash (or alternative promoted items and cash to a total of £50,000) to be awarded to the first eligible name drawn at random.
This is the Damartex UK Limited 5 x £2,000 Prize Draw. The prizes offered are common to other promotions offered by Damart during the same period of validity. Entries into the Draw can be made between 1st January 2024 and 31st December 2024 (Eligible Period). All entries must be received and validated by the closing date of 31st December 2024. The 5 x £2,000 Prize Draw consists of five prizes of £2,000 cash to be awarded to the first five eligible names drawn at random. There is no choice of prizes and no alternatives.
This is the Damartex UK Limited 1 x £1,000 Prize Draw. The prizes offered are common to other promotions offered by Damart during the same period of validity. Entries into the Draw can be made between 1st January 2024 and 31st December 2024 (Eligible Period). All entries must be received and validated by the closing date of 31st December 2024. The 1 x £1,000 Prize Draw consists of one prize of £1,000 cash to be awarded to the first eligible name.
Offer Codes are subject to availability. Offer Codes can only be used once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Offer Codes cannot be deducted from an order already in progress, or exchanged for cash. The offer is only applicable to the recipient of the promotion made via post or email and is non-transferable. Damart reserve the right to withdraw any offer without notice and reserve the right to reject use of an offer at our discretion where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the offer is being used other than in accordance with these terms and conditions.
