We hope you are keeping comfortable at home during this new lockdown. Following the government announcement we're trading as usual and we want to reassure you we will be doing everything we can to continue to keep delivering the styles and homewares you love, whilst taking care and protecting you and also our wonderful team.
As we continue to take significant steps to ensure the safety and welfare of our colleagues, this may cause some slight delays to our service compared to normal and we want to make you aware of some areas that you may see are affected:
Products you love
Unfortunately our supply chain has been impacted in places due to the current situation. This may mean that some of the products you know and love are currently not in stock. Rest assured, we are working very closely with our suppliers to ensure that all of your favourite items will be back in stock as soon as possible. Alternatively if you would like to pre-order an item you can do so by calling our customer care team.
In order to protect our customer care team, we have fewer advisors than normal taking calls right now, with the majority of advisors working from home. Due to this and an increase in covid-19 related queries, it may take us a little longer than normal to answer your call and respond to emails. We know it can be frustrating but thank you for your patience, and please be assured we will respond to all queries.
How you could help us...
We thought this would be a great opportunity to remind you that our online shop is open and full of inspiration for you to shop from the comfort and safety of your home. We also have a wide range of self service options for your convenience that you can access 24/7.
If you already have an online account or if you register today, you are able to do the following from the comfort of your home and on any device:
- View your account balance and order history
- Make a payment or set up a direct debit
- Track your order
- Request a courier collection, direct from your doorstep
- Update your account details such as new delivery address
Our warehouse team are continuing to do an amazing job to ensure that all parcels are picked and packed as safely as possible and ready to go. However, standard deliveries and returns may take longer than usual due to extra steps we are taking to ensure that our teams are working safely; in both cases please allow up to 10 days.
Our courier network is now operating 'contact free' deliveries to your door. Essentially this means the courier will walk up to the door, ring the bell, leave the parcel on the doorstep, walk back two meters and wait for your answer.
Or alternatively the courier can always ask that we leave your parcel in a safe place such as a garage, porch or shed or with a trusted neighbour, rather than have the courier come to your door.
We are also ensuring that there is no time limit in place for you to send back your returns to obtain a refund. Your courier will now require you to leave your returns in a designated safe place also.
