Why aren't all my account details showing when I log in?
if this is your first visit after registering as a new customer you will need to enter your 10 digit customer number where prompted on "view statements". There could also be an error somewhere or missing information in any one of the required mandatory fields.
How do I change my address?
Click on the tab to the left labeled "Update your contact details" within Your Personal Details tab, and then amend, To update your details. Alternitively, call us on 0871 200 9000 and one of our friendly advisors will change this for you.

My password has been reset - why isn't it working?
Ensure the password is an exact match to the new password you have created, with the same upper and lower case letters. If you are still experiencing issues logging into your account, please contact our customer services on 0871 200 9000.
Why can't I access my online account?
This could be a number of reasons.
1/ if you have not registered your account.

How do I make a payment online?
Log in to your account, click on "make a payment" and enter your card details.
How can I change the date of my Damart direct debit?

Our website is secure for online payments. They are regularly checked for viruses.
Has Damart received my payment?
Online payments can take up to 48 hrs to show, you can view your account to check if the payment has been accepted. If the account hasn't been credited, you will need contact us. Payments by cheque, postal order and giros usually take up to 14 days to be credited.
