Damart deliver direct to your door

We aim to deliver your parcel within 7 days of receiving your order, but it's usually much quicker! We can only deliver to the UK.


Unlike many other home shopping companies, our delivery charge is always the same, only £2.95 for each order you place. This applies whether you order by telephone, post or online, and whether you order 1 or 21 items! Even if it's a heavy parcel, you won't be asked to pay a penny more.


We care about who knocks on your door with a Damart delivery parcel. Not only have we tried to make sure that your delivery will be from a polite professional, they will be equally friendly to the environment. We are proud to partner with delivery companies who are pioneering fuel-saving technology to halve their carbon footprint by 2020 as part of their ongoing efficiency initiatives.


We understand that you may occasionally need to return an item. To do this simply we recommend:


  • complete the returns form in your parcel and address the returns parcel to: Damart, Returns Department, Station Road, Steeton, Keighley, BD20 6RA

  • secure the item in its original packaging where possible.
  • take the item to your nearest Post Office and ask for 'proof of postage' (please keep this safe until your refund has been issued). Returning an item is at your own cost.


  • To qualify for a full refund of the postage and packing charges you must have notified us of your wish to cancel within 8 working days (Monday to Saturday) and returned the full order, including any free gift to us.

    • Any monies paid for complete orders returned will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. If you happen to receive a statement shortly after you have returned the item, don't worry if it doesn't show yet. It will show on your next statement.
