Creating an online account with Damart helps you to complete your order and gives you access to you wishlist and online statements. Just click on My Account in the top right of the home page to log in
- If you have already created an account on the site, you can enter either your e-mail address or customer number together with your password to log into My Account
- If you haven’t set up an online account, it only takes a minute :
1 ) Create an account using your customer number and by creating a password
2 ) Create an account with your email address and by creating a password
Whether paying for your order by credit/ debit card, or making payments to your Damart Personal Account, all transactions are encrypted with 128-bit SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer). This data is therefore not visible to other people. This information will be requested each time you place an order as we don’t save any of the details on our site. To further protect your credit/ debit card details Damart participates in the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode programs. If your credit/debit card is eligible for or enrolled in one of these programs, when you submit your order you may see a screen from your credit card’s bank, prompting you to provide your password or enroll in the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode program.
A credit note must be included with written orders only. You cannot deduct a credit note
from the total of an online order.
If you would like to refund the credit note, please return the pink coupon showing the value of the
credit note to Damart Accounts Department Damartex UK Limited, Bowling Green Mills, Lime Street, Bingley,
West Yorkshire, BD97 1AD. As soon as we receive the coupon, a cheque will be sent to you as soon as possible.
When free gifts are out of stock or delayed, the item you ordered is sent to you first
and the free gift is sent to you later. It is therefore normal not to find it in your parcel.
If you aren't ordering anything today, but you would like to receive your free gift on the www.damart.co.uk site please print the e-mail and return it only by post to Damartex UK Ltd,
Bowling Green Mills, Lime Street,. Bingley, West Yorkshire, BD97 1AD along with a cheque for £5 made out to "Damart " as a contribution to the delivery charges. If, in spite of all our precautions,
we run out of your free, we will replace it with a free gift of an equivalent or higher commercial value.
Orders are usually delivered within 7 days via Hermes, or our courier service. If you have still not received your order after this time please contact us using the form below or by calling 0871 423 0000 quoting your order reference and/ or customer number.
It’s easy to organise a return. Simply send us a message using the form below or call 0871 423 0000 quoting your customer number and providing as much information as possible about the item(s) you want to return. Returns are via the post office and will be at your own cost,
It’s easy to keep your personal details up to date. Simply log into My Account and select ‘Change my Personal Details’ or ‘Change my Password’. You will then receive an email to your registered email address to confirm the changes.
In accordance with the data protection law the 6th January 1978, you have the right to access and rectify personal data that concerns you. Through Damart, you could receive offers from other companies or associations or be informed of our offers by telephone. If you do not wish to receive these offers, then contact us stating your surname, first name, address and if possible your customer reference number.
